Merchant Direct provides a variety of reporting options after your batch has been closed and your transactions have been settled. These reports include, but are not limited to:
Monthly transaction reports
Daily transaction reports
Batch reports
Chargeback reports
Fees and deposits.
Additionally, if you have a question that contains sensitive information related to your business (such as transaction or financial inquiries), you can send us a secure message via Merchant Direct’s Message Centre.
To sign up for Merchant Direct, follow these steps:
NOTE: If you have already enrolled for Merchant Direct, you do not have to enroll again.
Go to moneris.com.
In the top right area of the screen, click Login and select Merchant Direct.
Click Online Enrolment.
Fill in the fields in the online form to complete your enrolment.
