Use the Multi Location Configuration screen to configure and manage PAYD Pro Plus Multi Location Administration-specific settings at your head office.
On the Multi Location Administration main screen, click the Settings Gear icon () in the top right corner of the screen.
On the menu that appears below, click Settings.
The Settings screen appears.
Select Yes from the Shared Customers drop-down list to allow customers to be shared across all your PAYD Pro Plus stores. The default is Yes.
Select Yes from the Shared Store Credits drop-down list to allow customer store credits to be shared across all your PAYD Pro Plus stores. The default is No.
Select Yes from the Allow Different Stores To Refund/Exchange A Sale drop-down list to enable a customer to make a purchase at one store, and return for a refund or exchange to a different location. The default is No.
Select Yes from the Full Editing of Inventory in Backend drop-down list to enable multi-store inventory editing. The default is No.
NOTE: Setting this field to Yes gives each of your PAYD Pro Plus stores the access rights to modify the Product Details fields across all of your other PAYD Pro Plus stores. Any Product Details updates made from any store changes the product information permanently for all your other stores as well.
Select Yes from the Share Products on Creation drop-down list to enable this feature. The default is No.
NOTE: Setting this field to Yes gives each of your PAYD Pro Plus stores the ability to share a product with other stores when it is created at one store. For example, if Store A creates a product profile for a new type of chewing gum they are selling, the chewing gum's product profile will be visible to Store B and Store C as well. Those stores can choose whether or not they want to sell the chewing gum.
Select Yes from the Allow Stores to Use Existing Products drop-down menu. The default is No.
NOTE: When enabled, this setting checks inventory profiles from other stores in the enterprise. If a merchant at one store is attempting to create a product that is already defined in another location, PAYD Pro Plus will prompt the user to use the existing product profile instead, thereby eliminating potential duplication.
The Search settings configure the behaviour of the PAYD Pro Plus Multi Location Administration search screens (inventory, customer, order etc.).
In the Number of Results Per Page textbox, enter the number of search results you want displayed on each page. The default is 10.
