The PAYD Pro PlusTM Multi Location Configuration Screen

Use the Multi Location Configuration screen to configure and manage PAYD Pro Plus Multi Location Administration-specific settings at your head office.

To display the Multi Location Configuration screen:

  1. On the Multi Location Administration main screen, click the Settings Gear icon () in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. On the menu that appears below, click Settings.
    The Settings screen appears.

To configure Store Sharing settings:

  1. Select Yes from the Shared Customers drop-down list to allow customers to be shared across all your PAYD Pro Plus stores. The default is Yes.

  2. Select Yes from the Shared Store Credits drop-down list to allow customer store credits to be shared across all your PAYD Pro Plus stores. The default is No.

  3. Select Yes from the Allow Different Stores To Refund/Exchange A Sale drop-down list to enable a customer to make a purchase at one store, and return for a refund or exchange to a different location. The default is No.

To enable multi-store editing of your PAYD Pro Plus inventory by any store:

NOTE: Setting this field to Yes gives each of your PAYD Pro Plus stores the access rights to modify the Product Details fields across all of your other PAYD Pro Plus stores. Any Product Details updates made from any store changes the product information permanently for all your other stores as well.

NOTE: When enabled, this setting checks inventory profiles from other stores in the enterprise. If a merchant at one store is attempting to create a product that is already defined in another location, PAYD Pro Plus will prompt the user to use the existing product profile instead, thereby eliminating potential duplication.

To configure Multi Location Search settings:

The Search settings configure the behaviour of the PAYD Pro Plus Multi Location Administration search screens (inventory, customer, order etc.).
