Transacting a Return: Quickview

You can process a return in the POS view as a refund or an exchange.

NOTE: If you are operating PAYD Pro PlusTM in a multi-lane environment, you can process a return on any lane regardless of the lane on which the sale was transacted.

Processing a return on a sale is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Find the original sale

2. Add return items

3. Complete the return
