Editing an Invoice Before Sending

Once an invoice has been created, changes can be made to it at any time before sending it to the customer using the Invoice popup. If changes are required after the invoice has been sent, changes can be made in PAYD Administration. See Viewing Invoice Details, Changing Invoice Details, and Creating a Duplicate Invoice.

Edits to an invoice can include the following items:

       Change the commissioned employee

       Change the assigned customer

       Change the product, quantities, and discounts as applicable

       Change the scheduling of due dates, and the delivery method.
