The Defined Promotions report lists all promotions set up in PAYD Pro PlusTM whether active, pending or expired. See below to run the report and view report results. You can also export the report and print it.
NOTE: PAYD Administration also provides an Active Promotions Report.
On the PAYD Administration main screen, click Reports.
On the Reports menu, click Miscellaneous.
From the Miscellaneous category list, click Defined Promotions.
Results appear in the Defined Promotions report screen.
NOTE: Because report results are always as of the current date and time, you do not need to specify a time period.
Click the Print button above the results.

The Store-wide Discounts section lists active, pending and expired promotions set up on your system:
Promotion Name - Name of the promotion for which data is shown (click to view details).
Discount - The store-wide discount set up for the promotion.
Activation Date - The date on which the promotion became or will become active.
Expiration Date - The date on which the promotion expired or will expire.
Days of the Week - Day(s) of the week on which the promotion is in effect.
Status - Status of the promotion: Active, Pending or Expired.
The Categories section lists product categories linked to the promotions (if any):
Promotion Name - Name of the promotion to which the Category is linked (click to view details).
Category - Name of the product category linked to the Promotion Name (default sort).
Discount - Percent discount applied to the retail price of the linked Category products (if 0.00%, Promotion Name store-wide discount applies).
Activation Date - Date on which the promotion linked to the Category became or will become active.
Expiration Date - Date on which the promotion linked to the Category expired or will expire.
Days of the Week - Day(s) of the week on which the promotion is in effect.
Status - Status of the promotion: Active, Pending or Expired.
The Brand Names section lists product brand names linked to the promotions (if any):
Promotion Name - Name of the promotion to which the Brand Name is linked (click to view details).
Brand Name - Product brand name linked to the Promotion Name.
Discount - Percent discount applied to the retail price
Activation Date - Date on which the promotion linked to the Brand Name became or will become active.
Expiration Date - Date on which the promotion linked to the Brand Name expired or will expire.
Days of the Week - Day(s) of the week on which the promotion is in effect.
Status - Status of the promotion: Active, Pending or Expired.
The Products section lists Product Names linked to the promotions (if any):
Promotion Name - Name of the promotion to which the Product Name is linked (click to view details).
Product Name - Product Name linked to the Promotion Name (default sort).
Brand Name - Brand name assigned to the Product Name (if any).
Retail Price - Priced charged to the customer for the Product Name before the Discount is applied.
Discount - Discount applied to the retail price of the linked Product Name with the discount type identified by % or $ (if 0.00, Promotion Name store-wide discount applies)
Sale Price - Price charged to the customer for the Product Name after the Discount is applied.
Activation Date - Date on which the promotion linked to the Product Name became or will become active.
Expiration Date - Date on which the promotion linked to the Product Name expired or will expire.
Days of the Week - Day(s) of the week on which the promotion is in effect.
Status - Status of the promotion: Active, Pending or Expired.
The Product IDs section lists Product IDs linked to the promotions (if any):
Promotion Name - Name of the promotion to which the Product ID is linked (click to view details).
Product Name - Parent Product Name of the Product ID.
Attributes - Attributes of the Product ID that define it as a product variation.
Product ID - Product ID linked to the Promotion Name (default sort)
Brand Name - Brand name assigned to the Product Name (if any).
Retail Price - Priced charged to the customer for the Product ID before the Discount is applied.
Discount - Discount applied to the retail price of the linked Product ID with the discount type identified by % or $ (if 0.00, Promotion Name store-wide discount applies)
Sale Price - Price charged to the customer for the Product ID after the Discount is applied.
Activation Date - Date on which the promotion linked to the Product ID became or will become active.
Expiration Date - Date on which the promotion linked to the Product ID expired or will expire.
Days of the Week - Day(s) of the week on which the promotion is in effect.
Status - Status of the promotion: Active, Pending or Expired.
